SA business leaders joins the Board

Respected SA businessman and former president of the Port Adelaide Football Club Greg Boulton AM has joined the board of Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers.
Welcoming the appointment, which followed a lengthy search and due diligence process, KIPT Chairman Paul McKenzie said Mr Boulton’s experience in the timber and transport sectors and in governance, coupled with his high standing in the South Australian business community, would add considerable value to the company and would assist it to make the transition from the growth to the production phase.
Mr Boulton is chairman of Southern Gold and is a director of the Cancer Council SA and Statewide Superannuation, as well as a number of private companies.
He was formerly the president of the Port Adelaide Football Club (1992-2008) and a director of Business SA.
